We even had a small issue with the vehicle we got and they fixed it the same day it happened. I would recommend them to anyone . They also have a great warranty program. 10 stars in my book .

It took 3 weeks for my truck to be shipped to me. After repeated phone calls to find out what’s going I could never get a straight answer. The communication is horrible.
It was a great experience until the lack of follow up on the agreed upon items (upholstery and front sensor) post purchase. I have had to call every day this week and have been promised a call back but haven't received one. It's now Thursday and I just don't have time to keep babysitting to get this done. I'm disappointed because usually Lou Sobh is very on top of things and helpful and Melanie seemed great during the purchase experience!

Had to take my vehicle to the shop twice after only having it a week. I was told the used vehicle had gone under an inspection and they all was well before I purchased it. That wasn’t true. Be careful purchasing a used vehicle from them because they don’t come with a warranty (unless you purchase one) and they will tell you the car is under good condition which wasn’t true in my case!
I came to the dealership to look at the Atlas VW about 3pm. I drove a new Atlas about 6:30pm. Good service fast and courteous. Easiest car purchase I ever made. Thank you!
